An all important file.There is nothing like losing a file that you've been working on for hours and that's due in minutes. System crashed and the file will never open again. Should have backed up your files. But wait that would take two things we don't tend to possess when we're in a rush. Time and forethought. So enters copy cat. Behind the scenes right now on my system a program is sniffing through folders I told it to (my documents and such) and creating copies. Where? In another folder! Most of the time I forget it's running. But I know it is. It's checking files for different modification dates and when it finds one it copies it over to my back up directory. That can be on the same hard drive a different one or even on another computer in my network. It starts this search at intervals I've stipulated and finishes when it's looked at every file in the folders I picked. The benefits
